Facility Sr. Supervisor

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the maintenance and reliability of our New Berlin facility, encompassing both the distribution center and office space.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve the long-term reliability, availability, and safety of all facility assets, directly supporting distribution center optimization and operational excellence.
Direct and complete comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all distribution center equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, conveyor systems, and other critical machinery.
Oversee the safety and security of the building, including access control, CCTV, and alarm systems.
Drive continuous improvement through reliability programs, optimizing maintenance schedules, ensuring adequate spare parts inventory, and improving technician capabilities.
Provide expert-level troubleshooting, modification, and repair of complex machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Mentor and train maintenance technicians in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Access and interpret PLC data for effective diagnostics and maintenance.
Own and optimize the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for efficient work order management and asset tracking.
Coordinate the maintenance and repair of interior and exterior building systems, including HVAC, lighting, alarm systems, and restroom facilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility service providers, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
Lead the facility's EH&S program, including the Safety Committee, ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and encouraging a safe work environment.
Participate in and lead facility-related projects.
Requirements
Supervisory or managerial experience in a maintenance or facilities environment preferred.
5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Proficiency in CMMS and other computer applications preferred.
Certified forklift operator experience preferred.
Project management experience preferred.
Proficient in EH&S regulations and standard processes preferred.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
Experience: Relevant experience in industrial maintenance and facilities management.
