Facility Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Day Shifts

Role Overview The Facility Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential pediatric nursing care at a Day Health Center, ensuring the well-being of children through assessment, planning, and implementation of care. This full-time position involves supervising LPNs and staff, documenting care, and collaborating with families and the care team to achieve positive outcomes. Key Responsibilities Monitor and document children's health status through observations and assessments.Prioritize patient care needs and deliver safe, high-quality nursing services.Implement physician’s orders and communicate changes in patient conditions promptly.Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care provided.Support and mentor LPNs and ancillary staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.Partner with families and team members to optimize child health outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Active PA RN License (required).Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification (may be obtained during orientation).Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies is a plus, with possible additional compensation.
