Facility Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Day Shifts

Role Overview: The Facility Registered Nurse (RN) provides essential pediatric nursing care at a Day Health Center, focusing on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of services. This full-time position involves supervising LPNs and staff, ensuring safe, high-quality care, and fostering collaboration with families and the care team. Key Responsibilities Monitor and document each child's condition through ongoing observation and assessment.Prioritize patient care needs and deliver safe, effective nursing interventions.Implement physician’s orders and communicate changes in patient status promptly.Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of nursing care provided.Support and mentor LPNs and ancillary staff, promoting professional growth.Partner with families and team members to achieve optimal outcomes for children. Qualifications & Skills Active PA RN License (required).Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation).Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies may qualify for additional compensation.
