Facility Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Day Shifts

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document children’s status
• Prioritize patient care
• Implement physician’s orders
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Mentor staff
• Communicate effectively about changes in patient condition
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing services
• Supervise staff
• Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure optimal outcomes

Requirements

• Active PA RN license
• Current CPR certification (may be obtained during orientation)
• Experience with ventilators and tracheostomies is a plus
