Facility Maintenance - South

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals who are skilled at preventative maintenance, and have the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility issues utilizing basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry skills to repair and maintain equipment and facilities.
• Work independently and in a team environment, standing, lifting, and bending for up to 8 hours in various conditions.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and management, providing exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Work nights and weekends, being available on-call.
• Promote safety and efficiency in work practices.

Requirements

• Possess basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aptitude.
• Have basic maintenance, painting, and carpentry skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders.
• Valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.
• Available to work in hot, cold, and wet environments.
• Communicate professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
