What To Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Maintenance Planner to support R&D laboratories, pilot production operations, and critical facility infrastructure. The Facilities Maintenance team drives operational excellence by developing, standardizing, and executing maintenance strategies that maximize equipment reliability, improve asset performance, and ensure the availability of mission-critical laboratory and facility systems in support of highly innovative research and manufacturing activities.
