Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and emergency assistance
- Diagnose and work on minor HVAC system repairs
- Handle general plumbing and electrical repairs
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
- Manage client relationships and participate in meetings
- Utilize company vehicle for work site access
- Self-manage and perform tasks independently and within a team
- Work nights and weekends for emergencies
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
- Strong mechanical aptitude, experience diagnosing HVAC issues
- Keen eye for detail and highly organized
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
Qualifications
- Commercial carpentry and construction experience preferred
- Commercial garage door repair experience preferred
- Commercial drywall repair experience preferred
