Facility HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and emergency assistance
• Diagnose and work on minor HVAC system repairs
• Handle general plumbing and electrical repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
• Manage client relationships and participate in meetings
• Utilize company vehicle for work site access
• Self-manage and perform tasks independently and within a team
• Work nights and weekends for emergencies

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Commercial Facilities Maintenance Services
• Strong mechanical aptitude, experience diagnosing HVAC issues
• Keen eye for detail and highly organized
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

Qualifications

• Commercial carpentry and construction experience preferred
• Commercial garage door repair experience preferred
• Commercial drywall repair experience preferred
