About the role
Join a facility float pool as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and provide patient care under the supervision of licensed personnel or a registered nurse.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to deliver quality care
- Coordinating with other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current Missouri LPN license meeting state requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in acute care, with 6 months recent experience
- Basic Life Support certification; LPN-IV certification completed or obtained within 3 months if required
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements during shifts
