Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current Missouri LPN license, meeting all state Board of Nursing requirements
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in acute care, with a minimum of 6 months recent experience
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- LPN‑IV certification completed or obtained within 3 months if required
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring gripping, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting
