Facility Float Pool LPN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

About the Role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates care with other departments and performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care to assigned patients
• Coordinate patient care activities across departments
• Maintain patient confidentiality and rights
• Adhere to organizational standards and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current Missouri LPN license and compliance with state requirements
• Minimum of 1 year acute care nursing experience, with at least 6 months recent experience
• Basic Life Support certification; LPN-IV certification or completion within 3 months if not already held
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
