About the role
Seeking a Facility Float Pool LPN to provide patient care under supervision or the guidance of a Registered Nurse, utilizing the nursing process to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with organizational standards, mission, and values
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
- Current Missouri LPN license, meeting all state board requirements
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience in acute care, with at least 6 months recent
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- LPN-IV Certification or completion within 3 months if not already obtained
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various movements required for patient care
