Facility Float Pool LPN (Full-Time, Night)

Position Details: Facility Float Pool LPN Location: Mercy Hospital Southeast, Cape Girardeau, MO Department: Float Pool Status: Full-Time - 36 hours/week Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00pm - 7:30am) Benefits include: Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus, no contract required. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED and graduation from an accredited practical nursing program.Licensure: Current Missouri LPN license, meeting all state requirements.Experience: Minimum of 1 year acute care nursing experience, with at least 6 months in the last year.Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association; LPN-IV Certification or completion within 3 months of hire; other certifications as required.Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
