Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For As a Modern Litho Custodian, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our employees and visitors. This position is responsible for the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of our Headquarters facility, including offices, production areas, restrooms, breakrooms, and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working independently to ensure our facility stays in top condition. From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process Perform general custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap suppliesEmpty trash receptacles and properly dispose of trash in compactors and/or dumpstersSafely use and maintain custodial equipment, cleaning products, and suppliesPerform cleaning tasks based on seasonal needs, special projects, and facility requirementsClean and maintain breakroom refrigerators, freezers, microwaves, and common areasClean Pressroom sinks, refrigerators, and microwavesCheck outside walkways for litter and empty cigarette receptacles weeklyWeed exterior flower beds and water plants as neededDetail company vehicles as neededProvide vendors with access to designated areas as needed and report concerns to the appropriate supervisorAssist with company special events, employee luncheons, and other activities as neededFollow established workplace safety and environmental practicesDemonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not requiredPrevious custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferredPrevious experience stripping and waxing floors is a plusReliable transportation and a valid driver's licenseAbility to understand and follow verbal and written instructionsStrong communication skills and dependable work habitsAbility to understand and follow established safety proceduresAbility to safely operate vacuums and other custodial equipmentAbility to safely use cleaning products, equipment, and suppliesAbility to work independently and manage routine responsibilitiesAbility to lift and maneuver objects weighing up to 60 lbs.Ability to perform pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, stooping, standing, and other physical activities throughout the entirety of the shift Your Production Schedule Monday - Friday, 8 hour shiftFull-time, Day ShiftFlexible scheduling options are available within daytime hours and can be discussed during the interview process All The Good Stuff: Your Benefits Company-sponsored 401(k) Plan with Employer MatchHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA)Voluntary Benefits: Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)9 Paid Holidays$1,000 Employee Referral BonusEmployee Wellness Program Job Posted by ApplicantPro
