Facilities Site Supervisor

About the role

The Facilities Site Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Nation's Facilities, HVAC and Mechanical systems. Oversees staff and contractors installing and maintaining building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and HVAC. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, the Facilities Site Supervisor maintains a safe and effective work environment that complies with the Nation's policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Nation's Facilities, HVAC and Mechanical systems.
• Oversees staff and contractors installing and maintaining building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and HVAC.
• Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects.
• Maintains a safe and effective work environment that complies with the Nation's policies and laws.

Requirements

• Three years of management/supervisory experience.
• Four years' HVAC Experience.
• Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Must possess or have the ability to acquire HVAC universal card/CPO certifications within 1 year of hire.
