Facilities Services Supervisor - Grounds

Description

The Facilities Services Supervisor - Grounds position at Carroll College oversees the maintenance, repair, and operation of grounds and facilities equipment. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing and maintaining landscape and irrigation projects
• Applying pesticides and herbicides in compliance with regulations
• Participating in snow and ice removal operations
• Performing advanced mechanical maintenance, industrial equipment repair, welding, metal fabrication, and preventive maintenance
• Inspecting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and industrial systems
• Maintaining maintenance records and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
• Welding, metal fabrication, and modifying or constructing equipment components and related infrastructure as needed

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• 1 year of grounds or maintenance related experience
