Facilities Operations Assistant Supervisor

Role Overview Assist in supervising maintenance operations, covering supervisor responsibilities in their absence. Support hiring, evaluations, orientation, education, and training of technicians. Collaborate with supervisors and technicians to resolve complex issues, maintain system integrity, adapt to changes, and respond to emergencies. Manage scheduling of utility outages, provide project support, and oversee asset management using CMMS. Participate in Retro-Commissioning and Commissioning processes, guide technicians, and ensure tools are calibrated and available. Address technical problems and customer service issues, promote continuous improvement, teamwork, safety, and high ethical standards. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or technical college diploma in Building Infrastructure System maintenance or related field.Minimum of five years of relevant field service experience.Knowledge of building codes, systems, and licensing may be preferred based on responsibilities. Key Duties Support maintenance activities, project execution, and asset management.Assist with complex technical and customer service issues.Ensure safety, process improvements, and teamwork across units. Additional Details: Positions are available across various shifts, with competitive hourly rates and shift differentials. This role is full-time with benefits and does not sponsor visas.
