Responsibilities
- Schedule utility outages for maintenance and project activities
- Provide project support
- Manage CMMS asset management
- Create and enter assets and procedures
- Involvement in Retro-Commissioning and Commissioning processes
- Guide and assist technicians in the assigned work unit
- Collaborate across all Rochester work units
- Ensure proper tools are available and kept up to date on calibration
- Assist employees with complex technical problems or difficult customer service issues
- Show positive support for continuous improvement
- Promote and facilitate teamwork, support safety, high ethical standards, process improvements that result in quality work, improved customer service and/or greater overall value.
Qualifications
- Average of five years of relevant field service experience
- Associate's degree or a two-year degree from a technical college in a related Building Infrastructure System maintenance program
Compensation Detail
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. Compensation range: $34.38 - $51.63 / hour. Shift Differential rates are: Weekday Evening: $1.90 Weekday Night: $2.50 Weekend Day: $2.00 Weekend Evening: $3.90 Weekend Night: $4.50 On Call: $3.50
