About the role
The Facilities Manager at Lincoln's Greensboro, NC location oversees the maintenance and operation of the property to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace for employees. Key responsibilities include managing and coordinating activities of maintenance personnel and specialized vendors, preparing reports, and providing technical advice.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate activities of maintenance personnel and specialized vendors, including electricians, HVAC technicians, plumbers, and controls technicians.
- Oversee repair and maintenance of all technical systems (electric, HVAC, Plumbing, life Safety, Access Control, Security, Backup Power, etc).
- Evaluate individual/team performance and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure operations comply with relevant codes and regulations.
- Prepare reports for Facilities Director and senior management.
- Perform or assist with various maintenance and repair tasks.
- Lead, coach, and develop multi-functional staff.
- Hold regular meetings with staff to inform them of facilities and company activities.
- Collaborate with other business unit representatives and peers.
- Monitor and review staff work to ensure compliance with procedures, policies, specifications, codes, and safety practices.
- Provide technical advice and assistance to team members and others on complex assignments.
Requirements
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- 5+ Years of experience in facilities repair or maintenance role with 2+ years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
- 3+ Years of experience in Data Center facilities support, contract management, and change order process.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Good understanding of federal, state, and local codes and regulations.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $72,900 - $131,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role.
Schedule
Employees will work in a Lincoln office with a designated workspace. The work arrangement is In Office.
