What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Provide strong technical guidance and leadership to a skilled internal crew of 12 trade professionals (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance).
- Manage infrastructure, overseeing heavy-duty critical power infrastructure, including backup generator systems, load-bank testing, evaporators, and basic MEP systems.
- Own the localized budget, procurement, and capital improvement proposals, identifying lifecycles of major assets and presenting data-driven solutions to executive leadership.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Facilities Maintenance (or equivalent deep practical engineering background).
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must lift up to 50 lbs.
- Significant experience managing 8+ technical tradespeople.
- Multilingual in English, French, Portuguese, Arabic, and/or Swahili.
- Industry specific certifications in MEP and/or Facilities.

- Class A Facility Expertise: Proven experience managing complex maintenance projects for large, commercial Class A properties.
- Comprehensive Technical Skills: Hands-on experience executing both preventative (PM) and corrective maintenance across all MEP lines.
- Uncompromising Integrity: High character, radical transparency, and impeccable professional standards, paired with the strong interpersonal skills needed to communicate truth constructively.
- Industry Credentials: Industry-specific certifications in MEP or general facilities management (e.g., Journeyman, SMA, SMT, CFM, FMP).
- Strategic Oversight: Deep familiarity with conducting Facility Condition Assessments and developing continuous improvement plans and capital proposals.
