About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician III position at Pioneer Human Services is responsible for the repair and remodel of PHS facilities and capital improvement projects. This role oversees a work crew and directs work on the jobsite.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that PHS facilities are safe, efficient, and sustainable.
  • Oversees the repair and remodel of PHS facilities and capital improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum five years of experience in construction remodel, facility maintenance, residential or commercial tenant improvement.
  • Minimum two years of experience leading a team of 1-2 direct reports.
  • Valid driver license and qualification as a PHS Approved Driver.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a construction apprenticeship program.
  • OSHA 10 certificate.

Skills

  • Advanced skills in construction and facility maintenance.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
