Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Schedule people, machines, materials, and support services to maximize team efficiency and meet production requirements.
• Ensure team members are trained to develop and improve their skill sets daily.
• Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with peers, team members, internal and external customers, suppliers, and technical staff.
• Facilitate team meetings.
• Conduct performance evaluations and counseling sessions in a constructive manner.
• Translate company objectives in EHS, 5-S, quality (ISO, IATF), maintenance and reliability, and production into actionable plans.
• Review work schedules and estimate manpower requirements to complete job assignments.
• Approve hourly team members' time and manage schedules.
• Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to company policies and safety regulations.
• Work with the Human Resources Department to hire, train, and develop maintenance personnel.
