• Manage vendor contracts and budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, OSHA, and state regulations.
• Coach and develop a small maintenance team, fostering a growth-focused culture.
• Drive process improvements and utilize CMMS tools and data to prioritize work, reduce downtime, and support quality care.
