$16.16 per hour - $20.04 per hour

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working lead coordinating activities of service employees engaged in cleaning and/or light maintenance of smaller, less complex facilities of commercial, health care, school, residence hall, or other establishments
• Assist in monitoring employee productivity
• Orient and train employees
• Perform cleaning and/or light maintenance assignments in addition to lead duties
• Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements

Requirements

• 1 or more years of related work experience
• If applicable, may be required to hold appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done
