Facilities Coordinator
Job Description
Printing/compiling project reports and letters of completion, and sending them to the client per contractual requirements
Track packages and notify the team when received by the client so that invoices can be generated by Parsons for client billing
Coordinates office project-related activities
Coordinates offsite document storage, as needed
Manages incoming/outgoing mail, orders supplies, handles distribution, and coordinates office/building maintenance
May support shipping and receiving tasks related to deliveries for business unit employees/projects
Required Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- College level education preferred
- 5+ years of related experience
Pay
Salary Range: $22.93 - $40.14
