General Supply Service

A person in this position may be responsible for general supply service, as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Janitorial Service

A person in this position may be responsible for general janitorial service, as directed by the Facilities Manager.

Filing

Filing all appropriate documents is a responsibility of this position.

Maintenance Work Order System

Using the maintenance work order system is part of the duties of this role.

Transportation

• Transports materials and equipment for clinical purposes.
• Performs routine vehicle maintenance, fleet maintenance, and routine diagnostic testing of vehicles.
• Performs overall maintenance (plumbing, electrical, and waste disposal systems) of all facilities.
• May be required to perform routine diagnostic assessments of fleet vehicles and troubleshoot maintenance problems.
• Must have the ability to communicate repair requirements, as required.

Customer Service

• Provides customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders.

Performance Improvement

• Participates in the Performance Improvement processes in the Clinic.

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended period of time.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Equipment Operation

• Able to operate construction tools.
• Operate an automobile.
• Operate office equipment including telephone, fax, calculator, shredder, copier, computer.
• Operate janitorial equipment.

Environmental Conditions

• Inside and outside environment with sudden temperature changes.
• Constant exposure to radiant energy.
• Air conditioned and/or heated office setting.
• Exposure to cleaning and disinfect solutions.
• Use of safety equipment as required for duties.
