Facilities Attendant

Whitecap Search is looking for a professional, courteous, and attentive individual to provide a welcoming, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained restroom experience for employees, visitors, and guests at our primary location. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality. ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall upkeep of women's restrooms throughout the workday.Regularly inspect restroom facilities to ensure they remain clean, orderly, and fully stocked.Replenish essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other restroom amenities.Provide courteous and discreet assistance to restroom users as needed.Monitor restroom conditions and promptly address spills, messes, or other maintenance concerns.Report plumbing issues, supply shortages, equipment malfunctions, or other facility concerns to vendor management.Maintain a professional, approachable, and discreet presence at all times.Follow all applicable hygiene, sanitation, safety, and facility protocols.Support a high-quality, hospitality-focused environment for employees, visitors, and guests. RequirementsThe ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment, anticipates guests' needs, and consistently delivers attentive, respectful service.A strong sense of professionalism, reliability, and discretion is essential to success in this role.This is an on-site, part-time contract position requiring five days of in-office attendance per week, with a daily schedule of 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The initial engagement is anticipated to last three months, at which point the arrangement may be reassessed based on business needs and overall fit.
