Responsibilities

• Cleans and stocks all areas daily, including restrooms, fitness center, guest laundry, elevators, and pool
• Shovels snow in winter and controls weeds and garbage in summer
• Sets up and breaks down meetings
• Handles guest requests, such as delivering items to guest rooms, providing information about hotel amenities, assisting with luggage, and ensuring guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any additional needs or concerns
• Shuttles guests between the hotel and the airport, ensuring timely and safe transportation

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds (lifting above the shoulder is also required)
• Must be able to relate well to hotel guests and co-workers
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• 1 year experience preferred

Performance Expectations

• Responds promptly to guests’ needs with an interest and concern in satisfying every guest
• Ensures guests and associates are satisfied with public area and exterior cleanliness
• Ensures the hotel provides a welcoming experience through a clean and well-maintained property

Pay

$14.00 per hour
