Facilities Attendant
About the role
This is a regular, full-time role. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
Responsibilities
- Aid in addressing client concerns/issues using the work order system.
- Backup for Team Members - Facilities Coordinator.
- Work with landlord and other internal stakeholders to coordinate building services and adhere to building rules and regulations.
- Coordinate meeting events and café cleanup.
- Stock and distribute supplies inventory as required.
- Setup furniture for meetings and external events/basic furniture & equipment installation.
Requirements
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent work experience required.
- 3 months of work experience.
Qualifications
- Team player.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Comfortable with technology.
- Proactive.
- Comfortable with escalation.
- Organized and able to prioritize work.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Able to lift 50lbs without any assistance.
Skills
- Nice to have previous job or volunteer experience as a day porter or similar facilities role.

Pay
Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $49,000 to $60,000, based on your experience and qualifications.

The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026 when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. The work is 100% in-office.
