About the role
The Facilities Analyst (Intermediate) supports customer requirements and oversees facility management to meet established timelines. Duties include managing maintenance activities, reviewing work orders, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance activities and facility projects.
- Review and integrate multidisciplinary activities.
- Support corporate and regulatory compliance.
- Provide oversight of facility improvement projects.
- Develop and execute project plans.
- Manage customer and contractor relationships.
- Perform project management duties.
- Coordinate public works administration.
- Execute facility assessment programs.
- Develop and submit briefings to senior leadership.
- Address and document contractor performance issues.
Requirements
- Capable of providing expertise in facility operations and sustainment.
- Experience working with public works organizations and procedures.
- Strong analytical skills for planning and trend analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and computer software.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Four years of relevant experience in facilities management, or six years with an AA/AS degree.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of facility operations, maintenance, and sustainment.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Experience with public works administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel spreadsheets.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
