About the role
Responsible for managing and maintaining the facilities operations within a designated area. This includes overseeing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with external vendors for repairs and upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily facility maintenance tasks including cleaning, repairs, and upkeep.
- Ensure all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for facility repairs and upgrades.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement cost-saving measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address facility-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor.
