About the role
The Facilities Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the facilities management systems within the organization. They will ensure that all facilities-related processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain facilities management systems to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding facilities management.
- Support facility maintenance and improvement projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of facility management systems and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with facility management software such as JDE, SAP, or similar systems.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
