Facilities Analyst

About the role

The Facilities Analyst is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the facilities management systems within the organization. They will ensure that all facilities-related processes are efficient and compliant with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain facilities management systems to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies regarding facilities management.
• Support facility maintenance and improvement projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of facility management systems and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility management software such as JDE, SAP, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
