Facilitator, Orientation & Leadership Development

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate new hire orientation across various formats
• Model company values and culture to new hires
• Facilitate leadership development programs for diverse audiences
• Utilize facilitation techniques to enhance learning engagement
• Gather feedback to continuously improve the orientation experience
• Collaborate with stakeholders on learning enhancements
• Manage logistics and participant needs in a dynamic environment

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate L&D or related fields
• Strong facilitation skills for both small and large groups
• Experience with leadership development programs
• Ability to deliver a welcoming and brand-aligned experience
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Zoom for virtual facilitation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
