Job Summary

ADP is hiring a Director of Learning & Leader Development Facilitation. Ideal candidates possess exceptional facilitation skills, a passion for leadership development, and a desire to shape the future of leader development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the facilitation practice (head of facilitation)

  • Deliver transformational learning experiences

  • Partner with Advisory to advance leader development consulting

  • Contribute to product innovation and learning strategy

  • Strengthen the Talent Solutions ecosystem

  • Strategically impact and influence

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in leadership development and facilitation

  • 7+ years of experience in leadership development consultation

  • Recognized as an expert in leadership development, learning design and facilitation methodologies and practices

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with enterprise impact

  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Experience leading large-scale, high-risk, or highly visible initiatives

  • Proven ability to shape strategy, not just execute within it

  • Experience overseeing or developing other facilitators

  • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, accessible consulting experiences for practitioners

  • Certified professional coach (ICF-ACC or equivalent)

Preferred Skills

  • StandOut Debrief Certified

  • StandOut Strengths Facilitator in one or more programs (SO Team Member, SO Team Leader, Coaching Essentials for Team Leaders)

  • StandOut Principal Facilitator certification

  • Affinity with strengths-based leadership approaches

  • Experience building or delivering consulting offerings

  • Instructional design or content development collaboration experience

  • Experience innovating learning approaches for modern, global audiences

  • Conceptual and innovative thinking

  • Non-linear problem solving

  • Demonstrated ability to design new approaches where no precedent exists

  • Agility in addressing unexpected obstacles or changes needed to deliver facilitated experiences with excellence

Compensation range: USD $98,000.00 - USD $198,800.00 / Year*
