Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evaluation of learning programs to enhance leadership and technical skills
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and prioritize organizational learning needs
- Facilitate leadership workshops and stay current on L&OD industry trends
- Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences for effective learning outcomes
- Coach the LnOD team, providing professional development and feedback
- Develop strategic learning solutions aligned with business objectives
- Audit the impact of learning initiatives using metrics and analytics
Qualifications
- 15+ years of global learning and organizational development experience
- Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in managing L&OD for global organizations across diverse regions
- Proficiency in learning design, delivery, and stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coach and mentor leaders and teams
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
