Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and evaluation of learning programs to enhance leadership and technical skills
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and prioritize organizational learning needs
  • Facilitate leadership workshops and stay current on L&OD industry trends
  • Deliver engaging training sessions to diverse audiences for effective learning outcomes
  • Coach the LnOD team, providing professional development and feedback
  • Develop strategic learning solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Audit the impact of learning initiatives using metrics and analytics

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of global learning and organizational development experience
  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in managing L&OD for global organizations across diverse regions
  • Proficiency in learning design, delivery, and stakeholder management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to coach and mentor leaders and teams

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
