Facilitator - Lobby Bar

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a food server assistant or a similar position in a restaurant setting
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Work with servers to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner
• Ensure impeccable cleanliness of the restaurant and adhere to food safety standards
• Clear tables and reset them according to standards immediately after guests have departed
• Set up the front of the house and back of the house for service (expo line and dish area)
• Assist servers during meal periods, pour water, clear dishes, reset tables, run food, and maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
