Fabricator/MIG Welder - Raises Every 3 Months

We are seeking a skilled MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused environment. The role requires producing high-quality welds efficiently while meeting customer specifications, interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, and performing flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds with strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include ensuring correct welding methods, conducting first-piece checks, maintaining production records, and organizing work for timely completion. The position demands at least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience and a focus on precision and efficiency.
