Fabricator/MIG Welder - Raises Every 3 Months

About the role

MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds to customer specifications in a professional, air-conditioned environment.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently produce precise welds, ensuring compliance with blueprints and specifications.
• Perform first-piece checks and submit parts for quality assurance inspection.
• Maintain accurate production records and organize work to meet job requirements.
• Adapt welding methods based on material and blueprint guidance.
• Handle flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds with attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work.
• Comfortable with various weld positions, including uphill welding.
