About the role
MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding according to blueprints and specifications, selecting appropriate methods.
- Conduct first piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspection.
- Maintain records of production to ensure correct output.
- Organize work based on complexity and deadlines for timely completion.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
Qualifications & Skills
- At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
- Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Key qualities: efficient, precise, detail-oriented, and safety‑conscious with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
