Responsibilities
- Producing high-quality welds efficiently and accurately
- Interpreting blueprints and welding symbols
- Selecting appropriate welding methods to meet customer specifications
- Performing initial quality checks
- Maintaining production records
- Organizing work based on complexity and deadlines
- Ensuring correct fabrication of parts
Requirements
- At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency in flat, horizontal, and vertical welds
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in Olathe, KS
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
