Fabricator/MIG Welder - Raises Every 3 Months

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our team in a customer-focused environment. This role requires in-person work at the Olathe, KS location, with relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Producing high-quality welds efficiently according to customer specifications.
• Determining appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.
• Performing first-piece checks and submitting parts for quality assurance.
• Maintaining production records to ensure correct quantity and quality.
• Organizing work based on complexity, method, and completion time for timely processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least one year of MIG welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfort with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
