Fabricator/MIG Welder - Raises Every 3 Months

Role: MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR responsible for producing high-quality welds efficiently in a custom manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Perform precise welds according to customer specifications and blueprints.Determine appropriate welding methods and ensure parts meet quality standards through first-piece checks.Maintain accurate production records and organize work for efficiency.Complete various job orders timely and accurately.Adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance processes. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.Ability to read blueprints and interpret welding symbols.Proficiency with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and safety awareness.
