Fabricator/MIG Welder - Raises Every 3 Months

Role: MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR Responsibilities Produce high-quality welds efficiently to meet customer specifications.Determine appropriate welding methods when not specified on blueprints.Perform first-piece checks and submit for quality assurance inspection.Maintain production records to ensure correct part quantities.Organize work tasks based on complexity, method, and deadlines for efficient processing.Perform other duties as required to support manufacturing operations. Qualifications & Skills At least one year of MIG welding/fabrication experience.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.Proficiency with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.Strong attention to detail and efficiency in work performance.
