This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timely integration of menu data—bridging approved menu content with operational and system execution—while collaborating with Culinary Leadership, Outlet Managers, Purchasing, IT, Accounting, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end menu implementation from approved concept through system launch, ensuring accuracy in items, pricing, modifiers, and configuration across all F&B outlets.
  • Ensure current menu content is updated and maintained on all digital platforms (Google Places, Yelp, OpenTable, etc.).
  • Coordinate menu updates and seasonal rollouts between Culinary, Operations, Purchasing, and POS Administration teams.
  • Serve as liaison between Stratton Warren System (SWS) and POS (InfoGenesis) to ensure item codes, recipes, and cost data flow correctly through each system.
  • Maintain a master menu database with version control to support consistency and compliance across all venues.
  • Ensure alignment between recipe management, Stratton Warren item setup, and POS menu structures for accurate costing, inventory tracking, and revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with IT and POS Administrators to maintain system integrity, validate button mapping, and troubleshoot menu data issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation outlining menu specifications, integration standards, and menu data maps.
  • Develop and implement workflow tools, visual guides, and checklists to streamline menu implementation, maintenance, and revision processes.
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to reduce menu rollout time and eliminate discrepancies across systems.
  • Maintain audit trails of menu changes and related approvals for internal control and compliance.
  • Partner with Culinary, Operations, and Marketing to ensure approved menu descriptions and layouts are accurately reflected across all systems and guest-facing materials.
  • Participate in menu implementation and rollout meetings, providing systems and operational support for approved menu changes.
  • Communicate menu updates and version releases to outlet managers, ensuring timely awareness and training as needed.
  • Conduct verification reviews before each menu go-live to confirm alignment between recipe cost sheets, POS programming, and printed menus.
  • Maintain historical records of menu builds, cost analyses, and pricing changes for audit reference.
  • Generate reports summarizing menu accuracy, item activation timelines, and data validation checks for management review.
  • Assist in meeting recurring departmental deadlines (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Provide back-up support for menu updates, payroll processing, and departmental coordinator tasks.
  • Uphold a positive, service-oriented attitude and strong follow-through on responsibilities.

  • Experience in Food and Beverage operations and cross-departmental project coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation tools; familiarity with menu costing and recipe management.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
