Technical Integration Specialist

About the role

The Technical Integration Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and systems within Versana's client engagement team. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines for integration projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and client services to ensure successful integration
• Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members during integration processes
• Document integration processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical integration or a similar role
• Proficiency in software development tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Strong understanding of network architecture, data management, and security protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Qualifications

• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms
• Experience with database management and SQL
• Understanding of API design and integration
