Integrations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work with the development team(s) to plan, setup, maintain, and analyze customer/vendor facing API integrations and data.
• Setup and maintain EDI document integrations.
• Provide data focused technical support for the customer web site, customer mobile app(s), internet orders, and inventory control.
• Distribute, import, and analyze incoming/outgoing product data.
• Implement and maintain 3rd party customer portal integrations.
• Service vendor account settings.

• Operation of phone, computers, and similar technologies.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical topics and specialized information.

• Efficient time management and organizational skills to perform task within the given deadlines.
• Nice-to-haves: Experienced with any of the following would be a plus: Database (SQL), Postman, EDI, Excel.
