Integration Specialist

About the role

As an Integration Specialist for PayTrace, you will work with general supervision to handle ISV integrations and provide advanced helpdesk support. This role involves maintaining integration documentation, researching data flows for platform functionality, and is ideal for a recent IT graduate pursuing a developer career.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced help desk support for merchants integrated into PayTrace’s API and assist Sales and other business areas with technical support for potential merchants and strategic alliances.
• Offer advanced technical assistance to developers of merchant integrations.
• Assist in maintaining and updating PayTrace integration and software guides, and document software integrations.
• Research, develop, and provide data flow for internal and external file formats and business requirements for IT Department requests.
• Assist in designing new processes and services for viability and business requirements.
• Develop workflows for new processes and perform technical research for IT and other business areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or a combination of education and work experience.
• Strong working or educational background with programming languages/frameworks.
• Experience with code-level debugging, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience in problem analysis and resolution of software issues.
• Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well as a team member.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Small and Medium-Sized Businesses (SMB) and Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SME).
• Knowledge of ACH and credit card processing.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $72,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
