F&B Applebee's/IHOP Supervisor FT

About the role

Oversee the shift while on duty in order to create a pleasant dining and beverage experience that will ensure guest satisfaction. While performing the duties in this position, the team member is required to have and maintain a positive demeanor and pleasant attitude towards all guests and team members.

Responsibilities

Reports to F&B Assistant Manager. Supervises Shift Leads, Cashiers, Cashier/Barista, Host/Cashiers, Dining Room Attendants, Inventory Clerks, and Restaurant Servers.

• Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest services by properly listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questions.
• Supervise day-to-day activities, planning, assigning and delegating of position responsibilities of restaurant front line team members.
