About the Role
Supervises Shift Leads, Cashiers, Cashier/Baristas, Host/Cashiers, Dining Room Attendants, Inventory Clerks, and Restaurant Servers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Listen and respond to guest and team member concerns and questions.
- Schedule, assign, and delegate responsibilities to front line team members.
- Aid in the annual review of team member performance, schedules, and administrative functions.
- Manage cigarette vending machine inventory.
- Balance and turn in time cards.
- Check on guests to ensure their service needs are met.
- Ensure proper stock levels and maintain adequate staffing.
- Train front of house personnel.
- Cover shifts when team members are unavailable.
- Assist with cleaning and stocking outlets.
- Check and store products upon delivery.
- Check out keys and cigarette keys.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all areas.
- Handle guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Follow and enforce health department guidelines.
- Manage and maintain security of confidential information.
- Complete required training as assigned.
- Monitor compliance with currency transaction reporting requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- TABC (seller/server) Certification.
- One year experience in restaurant and beverage operations.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Gaming industry experience.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Spanish or other language skills a plus.
- Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Member with Native American preference.

- Lift and move up to 30 lbs.

Other Criteria
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming Commission License.
