About the role

Supervise the daily operation of all beverage service areas and team members while carrying out supervisory responsibilities. The position operates in a casino floor, back of the house and normal office setting, requiring frequent walking and standing in a smoke-filled environment, frequent contact with the general public, temperature-controlled environment with varying noise levels, exposure to high levels of noise, extended hours and irregular shifts including nights, weekends and holidays, and ability to perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions. Physical demands include standing, sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending for extended periods; reaching with hands and arms; talking and listening; concentrating for prolonged periods; close, distance, peripheral vision and depth perception; hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, touch-screen, telephone, calculator; frequently lifting/moving up to 50 lbs.
