About the role
Provide data analytics-driven solutions that enhance client decision-making, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence. Produce financial and/or market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Analyze large and complex datasets to build sophisticated transaction-driven analysis, addressing client challenges in fast-changing markets. Present findings to clients and leadership in an easily understandable way for transaction professionals at all levels. Use data to solve complex challenges while researching industry trends, technologies, and cash flow seasonality to provide knowledge and insight. Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds, consistently delivering quality client services. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge, maintain long-term client relationships, and cultivate business development opportunities.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week (8:30 am – 5:30 pm). Domestic travel up to 50% to serve client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience; or a Master’s degree in the same fields plus 3 years of related work experience.
- 3 years of experience leveraging accounting skills, with at least 1 year in a mergers and acquisition-oriented environment.
- 3 years of combined experience analyzing data for financial due diligence and/or audit.
- 3 years of experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, or similar software for data analysis, intelligence, and reporting.
- 3 years of experience with one or a combination of the following:
- Data visualization: D3js, Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire, or related tools.
- Data Management: Hadoop, SQL, Alteryx, or related platforms.
- Analytics Platforms: SAS, Azure, or related systems.
- Statistical Packages: SPSS, Minitab, or related software.
- Programming languages: Python, R, or related languages.

Pay
Base salary: $142,860 per year.
